ABOUT US

Engineering reliable, uninterrupted and clean energy systems.

EKA System is a leader in Türkiye in the engineering of reliable, uninterrupted and clean energy systems.

Safe and efficient energy management is essential for industry, homes, organisations and individuals. With more than 40 years of experience in energy-system design, and expertise in both technology and industry, EKA System delivers effective and economical design, sourcing and supervision projects.

To deliver safe, efficient and coordinated energy systems, EKA System selects the manufacturers and suppliers best suited to the project design and ensures timely delivery in accordance with applicable standards. It provides full support for installation, assembly and after-sales service in Türkiye and abroad.

EKA System’s expertise in energy security and efficiency in Türkiye includes

  • Safety systems for power plants
  • Energy-efficiency solutions for continuous processes such as steel production, chemicals and water treatment
  • Installation of safety, signalling and automation systems for rail transport

The team has delivered more than 300 projects in these and related fields.

EKA System’s team includes founders of the Automatic Control Foundation and the Technology Development Foundation of Türkiye, which helped advance automatic control and power electronics during the country’s industrial development. The team continues research and development in close cooperation with research institutions such as TÜBİTAK, universities and manufacturers in Türkiye and countries with advanced energy technologies.

ENGINEERING APPROACH

The operating scenario comes first.

Reliability does not come from an equipment label alone. Source behaviour, the real load, batteries, protection, maintenance access and site interfaces must work together.

We translate the need into technical inputs and make the architecture, scope boundaries and verification steps visible from the beginning.

AREAS OF ACTIVITY

The interconnected layers of the critical-power chain.

01

Critical DC power

Integrated design of rectifiers, batteries, DC distribution and monitoring systems.

02

Uninterruptible AC power

Selection of UPS, inverters, bypass and AC distribution according to load-continuity requirements.

03

Batteries and energy storage

Assessment of Ni-Cd, lead-acid, Li-ion and emerging technologies against the duty profile.

04

Distribution and control

AC/DC panels, BMS, measurement and supervisory communication within one architecture.

05

Modernisation and field support

Controlled transition, commissioning, maintenance and lifecycle planning.

06

Technical assessment

Calculations for load, autonomy, cables, protection, redundancy and thermal load.

PROJECT FLOW

One accountable path from need to lifecycle.

  1. 01
    Define the need

Load, duty profile, site conditions and operating priorities.

  2. 02
    Engineer the solution

Capacity, architecture, interfaces and project assumptions.

  3. 03
    Design and integrate

Calculations, drawings and component interfaces for one system.

  4. 04
    Test and commission

Functional verification against FAT and SAT criteria.

  5. 05
    Support the lifecycle

Maintenance, fault analysis, spares and modernisation planning.

QUALITY AND DOCUMENTATION

We define quality through traceable records.
